Project overview

The Redwood Marine Terminal and Baywide Master Plan Project involves studies, design, engineering, site investigations, and permitting for a heavy-lift facility to support offshore wind farms. It also includes developing the Baywide Master Plan, project management, and grant administration. This project received $8,672,986 in PIDP 2023, and the Offshore Wind Project at large received additional funding from other local, state and federal grant programs, including $426,719,810 from the Federal Department of Transportation INFRA grant.
