The Terminal 5 Export, Expansion, and Emissions Reduction Project will upgrade Terminal 5 at the Port of Seattle by: 1) building a new truck gate complex with relocated lanes and expanded truck scales, and 2) creating a cargo container yard by demolishing an unused warehouse. This project received $17,035,900 in PIDP 2022.
